- Being Ready to Change: The digital world changes fast. We need to be able to change our plans quickly based on what's happening and what we learn.
- Focus on People: With all this technology, change management is still about people. Being good at understanding, talking to people, and ensuring everyone feels included is super important.
- Being Adaptable: It is vital to be open to new ideas and willing to try things, even if they might not work out at first. This helps us keep moving forward.
