- Lead change management initiatives helping a Fortune 500 industrial supply company implement Salesforce.com to sales, call center and retail location team members

- Assisted PMO in defining critical path activities to ensure project would remain on track
- Developed OCM plans
- Integrated PMO timeline
- Developed training approach for 4,000 sales people during a two-day national sales meeting
- Developed stop-gap instructor-led training material until WalkMe system was deployed
- Led communication efforts for the project across multiple teams
