Description
To ensure that the project and organizational stakeholders are aware, knowledgeable, and prepared for the change coming as part of the project.
Timing
Use during project initiation.
Tips
Engage your change network early in the project to ensure your change management activities will be effective with your stakeholders.
Use the change network members as a sounding board
Reviews the project’s “lessons learned” to capture what worked well as well as areas for development. Also serves as a continuous improvement loop for future projects.
Timing
Conduct review four to six weeks after the project go-live.
Tips
Engage all stakeholders including project leadership and project team members.
Share/publish findings with all stakeholders. Agree on what actions will be used in future programs.
